In fact, many of our videos were uploaded to Google Video, which eventually became YouTube.  We do not shoot portraits, weddings, or any other genre.  We have been 100% focused on the real estate market for 18 years!

As a leader and innovator in real estate video in the United States, we have been invited to speak on three separate occasions about real estate video at Real Estate Connect in both San Francisco and New York City. Real Estate Connect is where the leaders in real estate, finance and technology come to promote change and innovation within the industry. We also frequently speak on real estate video and photography at local real estate associations.

Some of our community videos and photography were recently used in a recent A&E Biography on Adam Sandler as well as 2010 History Channel special “The Real Story of Christmas” and we have shot footage for the “House Hunters” TV show.

About our equipment

We shoot video with the very latest model Sony and Canon cinema equipment in 4K resolution, which is four times the resolution of High Definition video, creating unmatched clarity and dynamic range. These large sensors allow for stunning low light performance, which is important for (oftentimes) dark interiors. We can also produce stunning evening/ twilight video shots of lighted exteriors, swimming pools, etc. as well as very sexy interiors at night!

With interchangeable super high quality lenses, from wide angle (11mm) to zoom (400mm), we are able to produce a look that cannot be duplicated by consumer video cameras on the market today.

Many video tours just offer a “twirling video camera on a tripod”, or “sliding” the camera across a room to simulate motion. While we feel this is still better than distorted virtual tours of the past, the feeling of actually walking through the home gives the viewer far more information as to the flow of the house and how each room connects with other rooms.

We are proud to be utilizing the absolute state of the art in cinema stabilization: No nauseating motion sickness! It’s as though you’re ‘floating’ through the house – up and down the stairs and hallways – just as you would if you were touring the home in person. We use a 3-axis, digitally stabilized camera gimbal offering endless possibilities for camera movement and smooth-as-glass tours. Our wireless Sennheiser lavalier or boom microphones insure that your audio (if you choose to be on camera) is crisp and clear.
