Zappos.com, the largest online shoe retailer, offers 7 professionally shot photos PLUS a video on every shoe, including a $32 sandal. If you're marketing a property costing hundreds of thousands of dollars, does it make good business sense to use hand held, blurry, shakey video? Remember, 40% of the value of your video is in selling a specific property - 60% of the value is in selling you and promoting your brand. You must carefully craft your online image in order to present that brand in the most professional way possible. Something akin to Uncle Bob's bad home movies is generally not the going to do the trick for most buyers! You be the judge....
