For the foreseeable future regarding the pandemic, we will be working as long as the government allows us to work, albeit under the following conditions, to keep your sellers, as well as our photographers, safe.
1. The home must be unoccupied while we shoot. Homeowners, pets, children, Realtors must wait in a garage, a car, take a ride, etc. Please be aware we will not be shooting tenanted properties at this time.
2. The home will be photographed or filmed “as is.” Be sure blinds are open, lights are on, doors are all open (except for rooms you do not wish us to shoot), beds all made, trash removed, etc. We will be touching only our cameras as we shoot the home.
If you ordered floor plans, the plan itself would be accurate, as will room measurements, but the total square footage may not be as we will NOT be opening and measuring the insides of closets or storage rooms as we usually do.
