We believe that the more online exposure your real estate videos receive, the more likely you will be to sell the house. More importantly, the more exposure to YOUR brand and YOUR business.
We do more to get your eyeballs on your video than anyone!
1) Your video, along with a slideshow of your photos, your floor plans and your 3D tour (if purchased) are all linked to your MLS listing. All from ONE link. Most real estate websites only allow one or two “tour links”, so if you offer 3, 4 or five different media on your listing, only one or two will actually be visible on most websites (even though they are visible to you on the MLS, the MLS is not a consumer facing site!).
2) We have one of the more active real estate video channels on all of YouTube. As of 2022, our YouTube channel has received over 18 million views, and has nearly 33,000 subscribers (receiving your video directly in their email). Therefore, most videos receive hundreds, and sometimes thousands of views within a day of uploading. Lots of exposure for your listing and your brand. Not just today, but for years to come!
3) Google is the #1 search engine. That is the first place buyers go to search for properties. Your video on our YouTube channel shows up on the first page of Google searches (YouTube is owned by Google), bringing you and your brand more visibility. It also includes a thumbnail image, the ONLY images on the search page – sure to stand out! And of course, we put a clickable link back to YOUR website, generating more traffic and business for you.
4) YouTube is the #2 search engine. That’s right… although technically not a search engine, it ranks #2 right after the Google search engine. Imagine someone searching for a home, stumbling across your listing. If they want to look more into that home, they’ll likely copy and paste the address into Google to see if they can find any other pictures online or on your brokerage’s website. Now, since YouTube is a search engine, if you utilize your keywords and titles right, that listing video you took with us not too long ago will show up and voila, there you are. Ready to sell them with a beautiful virtual walkthrough.
5) Your video is tagged and labeled properly for SEO (search engine optimization) so they are easily found when buyers are searching.
Many companies host their videos on platforms such as Vimeo, without realizing that these videos are NOT searchable, do NOT show up in search engines, and basically are ONLY visible if you have a direct link to the video. Otherwise, they are essentially invisible.
Why spend the energy and money to produce a video without allowing it to be seen by the public and allow it to continuously work for you and your brand? It’s not uncommon for agents to receive new inquiries based on videos that are several years old!
