Our clients say it best…
Fred, you do the most amazing work. LOVE absolutely everything and do not know how you got everything back to me so quickly. Eddy, the horse, certainly made a great debut running through the Apple orchard!
Fred,
This is Larry Wolfe, and my wife and I say thank you for an elegant and artistic job.
Once this video makes the rounds, there is sure to be a bidding war!
Charles Osgood (narrator) is pleased as well. He had the idea that your video could be playing in an ‘endless loop’ during an Open House.
Thanks again and all best,
YOU *(*#$&# ROCK!!! This is incredible. I can’t wait to show the owners.
Thank you.
Wow, I can’t believe how truly exceptional the photos and videos are….. Breathtaking…..
I am interviewing for a $4 million listing in Nahant… Hope I get it just to have you shoot it!
Anna and Tiger loved you…. Thanks! As always the work is exceptional especially the magic “opening of drawers”…..
The videos look fantastic. YOU are an ARTIST!! The Sellers are very HAPPY. YAY!
I’ll look forward to speaking with you soon.
Regards.
Hi Fred,
Just a quick note to thank you for the excellent still shots and awesome video tour at 18 Oriole Drive. It went live in MLS on Feb 1st and we had multiple offers the next day! The seller and I are sure that your photos and video played an important part in making this happen! Thank you!
Not surprised whatsoever you are booking up quickly …my 7 Gilman Ln. property went under contract several months ago and your video was a major component in that happening. The buyer watches it repeatedly, Fred. I really enjoyed collaborating with you even though it was 90° and I think you were suffering a little bit with our Cape Cod humidity when you were gracious enough to make the trip down !
You absolutely nailed the video. It’s phenomenal. The only issue I have now is how to get you back again for more properties. After the people in my office see the product with narration there’s going to be increased demand for your services. And don’t tell me you can’t come back… Sometime! Thanks again!
I live on Big Island Pond, and have an upcoming listing on the lake. Once ice is out, the marketing plan I would like to begin with is a beautiful video. I have seen many “home-grown” videos from other agents, and prior to my work here, I simply allowed the Virtual tour to string the pictures together on my website. While these help, I believe that a great video truly is worth the value to the client and the expense to me.
When sitting in NC, knowing I ONLY wanted a lakefront home, I only had a few tours to view. One of them was yours. We purchased the home, and ten months later sold it to move down the road to another home (new) on the same street!
While awaiting the move I can tell you THAT video, brought me a great deal of comfort, and I must have watched it 100 times! Please let me know if you would be interested in speaking with me about doing my video and when we can meet to decide on terms.
I would like to “Thank you” for the two videos you made of our Alton Woods community!! It has been a pleasure to work with you and I have passed along your name to some of our other properties. You may be receiving calls from Roberta Witham (Salisbury Green), Meredith Goodness(Village at Thirty Pines) and Judy Hamilton (Centerstone Property) for videos of their properties sometime in the future. You are certainly masterful at your profession and you have a voice that has the perfect pitch and tone for your profession!!
Fred. You are a God. Not only are you good – you’re fast!! Many, many thanks! It’s wonderful and I know my sellers are going to be really pleased.
Fred – Thanks so much for the great job you did! You made my listing look fabulous, which allowed me to attract the target buyer. I look forward to working with you again!
From the seller: We think the video and pictures are awesome. Getting great response from family and friends we have shared it with. Some have said they have never seen anything like it before.
Steve
FRED that is beyond fabulous! I knew I picked the right guy! Its a really great job and I thank you. The owners will be very pleased!
We will recommend your services highly!!! Your pictures and video have packed them in! Had over 40 groups yesterday for open house! An accepted offer was made on the house four days after we listed- it really is all about the pictures and video and what they show!
Oh My God. Sensational.
Thank you.
Fred, I can’t thank you enough for the fabulous video presentation you crafted of our property . The response and compliments from so many is a tribute to you and your product. Video presents as a scrumptiously baited hook. It really pulls you in. The pics are fabulous. With your consent I very much would like to pass the video and your contact info on to a close friend Doug Azarian with Kinlin Grover on the Cape.
Hi Fred,
I just had to tell you… did a showing there today. The buyer said that the video is what sold her on the house. She loved it!
Also, I did an interview with a writer today for a story on the house to appear in the newspaper. I suggested that she check out the video before we spoke by telephone. She watches a LOT of real estate videos in her job. She said this was one of the best she’s ever seen. Some videos actually make her seasick and she has to stop watching them.
Kudos… and thank you. You do a great job!!!
Hi Fred,
Thanks for an excellent job with our video. You captured the soul of our property with elegance and creativity.
I still don’t know how you walked with the camera so smoothly.
Please also thank your trusty drone.
Best.
Hi Fred
Just watched the video and you hit it out of the park again.
Loved the aerial shots.
Also near the end where you come down the stairs and highlight the reflection of the chandelier. Genius.
Also love the gently swinging hammock. A signature Fred Light touch.
Great job!
Fred I have to tell you that the narrated tour has proven to be a very effective tool in so many ways! Thank you again! So glad I found you! Hopefully I’ll be calling on your services again with some higher end properties this spring:)
Homeowner reaction to your work: “That video and those pictures are awesome. Not sure where you found that guy but does amazing work. I think I want to buy this house again. =)”
Fred is superb at his craft. Fred is creative and innovative. I can’t imagine there is anyone else that has his combination of video skill, editing skill, narrative skill and voice quality. I am so grateful I started working with Fred. Oh yeah, and his videos sell houses…faster!
Hi Fred,
Just so you know the work you did @ 39 Norwood Heights in Gloucester, resulted in 3 showings (!), 1 offer and under agreement in 33 days :). I couldn’t be happier!!!
I was wondering if you had time to chat about my next video…
I love your work – when I’ve used your videos my listings sell so quickly!
Well done video! Your timing / editing is art.
It was all about the “ducks flying in…….”! The house was on the market for 36 hours….. Buyer came back….. Closes at the end of October…. Have had about 7 showings…. Everyone, but everyone is commenting on photos and video!!!! Thank you for making me look sooooo good!
By the way…….the pics you took in the rain……..? Worked like a charm! The house went under agreement that day I put it on and 2 back up offers! Thank you 🙂
A quick note to thank you for doing such an awesome job on producing the video for my listing at 265 Church St., Ware, MA. I must have seen it now about 5 times. And my clients are thrilled with it as well.
Thanks again and I look forward to working with you on the next project. With any luck (and skill), it should be shortly!
Cheers!
Hi Fred
I wanted to give you some feedback. You shot my last two listings, one in Sandown and one in Atkinson.
I got full price contracts on both of them within 2 weeks and both buyers complimented the pictures and video and said they brought them to see the house.
Thank you so much! You rock!
Thank you so much for pictures, my clients love your work and are thrilled with what I have sent them! They can not get over the depth of each picture.
Fred,
My Arlington listing got an accepted offer on day 7. The buyer said she watched your video multiple times.
Thanks,
Hi Fred, We close on 44 Gage Road in Bedford on Monday. I have has so many complements on the outstanding job you did on the video. I mean it sincerely when I say, I couldn’t have done it without you! We were under contract in 80 days and recently closed. Thank you!
Agents who don’t use video question whether buyers will watch a real estate video that is more than a few minutes long. YES. All the time. If someone is interested in BUYING a house, they will watch the video. Over and over and over again. Regardless of length. The video for this home that this man purchased was 6+ minutes long, and he and his wife watched it nearly 60 times. Then bought it. He just got transferred and is now selling it – and listing it with the agent who listed it the first time with the video – NOT the agent that they worked with in order to buy it!
Hi Fred,
I wanted to pass along to you the comments from the Churchills regarding your work……
Well, we have to agree. Exceptional. Really exceptional. The lighting (amazing lighting!), the shots, the angles all are absolutely fantastic. Susi wants me to apologize for her. She says she was wrong and will now go with whatever advice you provide. I think she was even more impressed than I was….and I am pretty impressed. Per the above, we will go with whatever price or timing that works for you.
Hi Fred,
Thanks so much for the beautiful presentation that you created. You are truly an artist. My girlfriend and I cried while we watched it because she knows the long hard road that I have been down in getting this completed. I will keep you in mind for my friends that are selling and highly recommend you to them.
I was impressed at how you made sense of my narrative, as broken up as it seemed to me at the time that of recording. You made the whole thing come together perfectly.
Thanks again and God Bless
AWESOME…. That’s all I can say! I’m putting up the MLS now so you can attach.
Once again, great job FRED!
Fred-I have made a study of a significant number of your real estate videos and again I am here to tell you that you are really good at what you are doing! Nobody in the country can touch it. And, by the way there are just not that many other imaging providers who actually do full motion true video tours. Clearly you are an early pioneer with this method.
Your tempo is excellent-always nice and smooth and unhurried and especially the pans and demonstration of infrastructure, for example detailed woodwork, fireplace and kitchen details, hardwood floors, chandeliers , etc. And, I should add that your music selection just about always complement the tempo and architectural aspects of the home.
Hi Fred,
I just wanted to say thank you for making this home look so fabulous. The pictures and the video are terrific and I’m sure the homeowner will be suitably impressed
Thanks again,
Just closed on my little 13 Putnam in Ipswich. They buyer kept telling everyone that the only reason she fell in love with the house was because she watched the video over and over! Thank you!!
Hello,
We really liked the video, and watched it several times before purchasing the house. It made us feel like we were there!!
Thank you Fred. I can’t begin to thank you enough. Sandy is very sad to be leaving this home and you made her feel so special. Thank you for always going the extra mile.
Lovely One,
I want to Thank You. My first, real and yes, big Listing is now under agreement. The ‘fat lady’ has not yet, sung, but I thought this would be a good time to tell you that I can’t wait to work with you again!
Have a great turkey day.
What you did with that video is magical!!!! You made a silk purse out of…… Thank you!
Let me know what you made the check out for…… nothing over a million, I hope.
Mr. Light,
I have spent nearly two months now buying equipment and watching so many real estate videos that I cringe every time I turn on a bathroom faucet and see the water coming out. After subjecting myself to all this, I have come to some basic conclusions…
First – there are definitely two very different styles. On Flckr those two styles would be represented by your work and the other by Malia Campbell – as examples. I have decided that I will either use a style that is more in line with what you portray, or just go back to doing good stills and virtual tours with some Ken Burns thrown in.
The majority of the video work I have seen is great if one is selling furniture or plumbing fixtures. I see copious footage of beds, pillows, tea kettles and coffee tables. However – as a real estate broker first, and photographer second, I am constantly made aware of what potential buyers want. They want to know what the flipping house looks like and the relationship of one room to another. They are much less interested in interior decoration because – surprise – they are not planning on buying the furniture.
Your style gives a prospective buyer what they want to see. The other style might as well be stills placed in a virtual tour. If it weren’t for a fireplace flickering or ceiling fan turning most of the “style 2” videos could very well be old fashioned virtual tours.
It’s one thing for a videographer to want to be creative and let potential buyers know that water actually comes out of the faucets. But the right thing to do is give these buyers the bigger picture/relational information that they really want. That is what still images can’t do. It is, in my mind, the ONLY reason to do video. And I should mention as well that you so often include scenes of the area/town surrounding the home. That is equally important to a prospective buyer. By adding movement to your video with the Merlin you give them what they want. It has become crystal clear to me from reading hundreds of comments that most real estate videographers don’t want to be bothered with learning how to use a steadicam device. Period.
Why am I telling you all this? Because after spending DAYS looking at hundreds of videos I have to honestly say that you get the prize. You “get it”! If I want to take video that shows true beauty and creativity, it sure as heck won’t be footage of someone’s living room. I’ll head out into nature or do a fun documentary. In real estate it’s much simpler than that. In my professional opinion, of course.
Ok…now that you’ve read my little diatribe you should take the rest of the day off. Fall colors and the first snowfall are here in Bend, Oregon and I’m heading into the mountains to take some video. I have yet to figure out how to pack the camera, tripod AND slider on these trails. May have to hire a key grip.
Thanks for being such positive motivation for me. My goal is to be half as good as you are.
Jim
Dear Mr. Spielberg,
Thank you for the beautiful, beautiful job you did on both of these homes. I can’t wait to use you again for future listings. You’re awesome at what you do!!
Take care,
Fantastic job on the Above the Clouds video – everyone is delighted!
I can’t even tell you all of the special moments in that video – you did not realize it but when you faded to black in the theater, it shows my grandparents, and that made my mother so happy! And the humming bird, and the frog, and the floor cam, and especially the time-lapsed video of the sunrise – unreal!!!
Thank you, it was fun too!
Have a great holiday weekend
I first found Fred in a simple internet search when looking for someone who could add more value to a virtual tour of a property. After receiving Fred’s first virtual tour and corresponding photographs, I knew my company had found a “go to” contact for results when we have a high profile property to sell. Fred’s pricing is very fair for the level of quality you receive and his results speak for themselves. We have sold every property that Fred has completed a tour for us on and I think that speaks volumes.
Hi-
I don’t have a website and have no need for your services, but if I ever did- I just saw your video on the Charles St. Inn website and it impressed me enough to shoot you an email. Boy, if I didn’t already live here, I’d be on the next plane! I thought it was extremely well done and captured the essence of the Inn and Beacon Hill.
Nice going, Nashua Video Tours!
Thanks Fred — video is great. Nice job with challenging light. You captured the essense of the location.
AMAZING!
BEST I HAVE EVER SEEN!!!!!!!!!
Fred,
Photos are fabulous — many thanks, can’t wait to use your services again.
THANK YOU!! The photos are the absolute best – none of that weird distortion and curving that we’re all so sick of. So professional and such a pretty night.
I saw the time the the emails arrived – you don’t sleep do you?
I will start working on the listing today – thank you again for such quality work so fast!
I also have a another big one for you but won’t know until this Thurs. morning when he will be ready. You did know that 48 Heritage Hill went under contract in 3 days with 3 offers!! Got this new house because of your work on Heritage, so thanks. How do we raise the bar from here???
I did an open house on this home yesterday and had close to 15 couples–rather remarkable in this market? Many of the people came because of your pictures and tour so we are thanking you again for your wonderful work!
Kathleen,
I just saw the video ( I had a break from my meeting). Very impressive. Even better than the photos. I am very glad we hired you…
Hi Fred, Awesome job on this video and photo gallery. You continue to impress me with your skill and the speed at which you produce these outstanding videos. Thank you and look forward to seeing you again soon!
Thanks Fred:
You again managed to make a home look AMAZING! How did I sell anything before I met you?
Thanks so much!
The tour looks great. It’s so much more relevent to have him actually driving up and walking through, as opposed to panning stills. We are always trying to figure out the flow of a house through the photos. For those of us who really consider flow a significant factor, this is hugely helpful.
I think the video is superb!
Fred did an exemplary job both with the cinematography and narration!
Well done to you and the team!
Fred – the Rozzie video is SUCH a winner. Want to do one of me in Jamaica Plain in the spring!
My client on Foster is leaving for Florida after Thanksgiving. If you could send me the 7 DVD’s by then, I’d appreciate it.
By the way, everyone is raving about the video on Goodwin’s Court…..
Thank you for making me look so good…..
Hi Fred,
Your name was given to me by Bill Weidacher, a friend of mine at Keller Williams.
I really enjoyed your virtual tour of one of his properties, and one of my clients actually bought one of Bill’s listings site unseen from one of your video tours.
I was a former professional photographer and am married to an architectural photographer, so, I tend to have a critical eye, and usually do not like virtual tours, and hate the ones that my own company uses….
Hey Fred. It’s Lori Stoudt. I just wanted to give you some kudos because my property on Wellington Street sold. They specifically said they saw the tour and watched it over and over again. It’s going to be closing soon. I have another one….
“Thank you so much… my wife and I cannot believe how beautiful you made the place look…. It’s just awesome…..”
Fred, I wanted to thank you very much for the fantastic work you have been doing for my agents at By the Sea Sotheby’s. You were referred to me by Gail Bell, and I am very thankful that we have made the connection. Saw the seal in the Concord Street video today…unreal!! Thank you, so much, for the beautiful work you have given us 🙂
Hello, Just wanted to send an email with my sincerest appreciation. Thank you so much for your spectacular work of the pictures and video you took at Oak Hill Condos yesterday. I just saw the listing and your presentation of my place is incredible.
Again thank you! I would highly recommend Nashua Video Tours to anyone selling.
(Aug. 22, 2010) 282 Water St is under agreement – $1,025,000 – full price – thanks to your fabulous photography. On the market 8 hours!!! The buyer saw the photos and video and drove down from Maine immediately – offer in hand!
Hi Fred,
I just want to thank you for everything. I am really impressed with your work! The video and pics are amazing. I will be in touch soon that’s for sure. I love the video! Thanks for all your help. Talk to you soon.
Thank you for another oustanding video, at my 29 Center Ave. listing. The exposure my listings receive as a result of your placement on the internet, is priceless! Let’s talk soon about still photos taken by you. Thanks again!
You are the best! Depot Street went in 1 day to someone from North Carolina who saw the video & pics and the wife made the husband buy a plane ticket to come to the open house! It’s all about the pics, baby!
I LOVE YOU!!!!! Thanks so much….they are perfection! You are my new and only photographer!
Thanks so much!
Unbelievable! You are even better than I remembered. This video is incredible!!!!
Fred has a great eye for composition and a fabulous ability to capture the essence of a property in its best “light” – no pun intended! On time, within budget and carefully crafted photographs and videos are his hallmark and justifiably so.”
…Also, dont know if you remember the property you filmed and took evening stills for me — 142 Border St..? I consistently get rave reviews from potential buyers and brokers on the EXCEPTIONAL photos and video!! Today was really something. The potential buyers — a couple from Calif. (two guys) commented on how they “had” to see the house based upon the video and photos, and one of them said their mother actually cried when she saw the video. Wow…!!! They are coming back for another showing, I would be surprised if they did not put an offer in.
Fred,
The best virtual tour I think I have ever seen. Thank you very much for your work on this project.
By the way, I’ve received many compliments and more important – hits on the video in Charlton, MA. I currently have a viable family that is relocating from New Jersey. They saw the video which drew them to our listing.
BTW, everyone—Realtors, buyers, friends, and the sellers—has raved about how great the property looks online. Thanks for helping me look like a genius!
Now there’s a challenge. 🙂
…In addition, the SELLER last night made it a point to tell me that he was SO impressed with the video and the photos and that he is getting calls from his friends and family in Florida and all around here telling him how great his house looks. THis guy is VERY hard to please. He also requested a copy of the video and the still photos – which is weird because he didn’t even know that the buyer had requested the same! You really made an impression. Thank you for making me look good! I was up against 2 top producers for this listing and am hoping to get more referrals out of this seller. I’m going to try to keep you busy!
Alright, I drank the Kool-Aid and I get it. I thoroughly enjoyed the entire process of the making of my video—including my introduction (although it is sometimes painful to watch). You are incredibly adept at pulling the best out of houses and Realtors. I haven’t had any showings on the property that have been directly related to the video at the moment, but it has been well-received. Also, it feels like the gift that keeps on giving. For the modest initial investment I have received so many formidable files and links that I believe will help me as an agent as well as the sale of the home. We will definitely be doing business again on a regular basis. Thanks for everything. If you need a reference have them call me.
Thank you so much, because of your tour the house went under agreement at 23 Caverno Drive, Lee NH.
Just thought I would let you know. The video did it again. Malden is under agreement. Went on the market on Friday 7/24/09, immediate showings, buyer called ME directly (on 7/27/09) to me as a result of finding the video on the web (realtor.com). Told me because of the pictures and video already had a great sense of the home. Offer written that night. So, this one is three or four days depending on how you look at it.
Your video for 12 Kings Lane in Medway helped to sell it within 12 days for only $4,000 below asking price.
We sold the house in Francestown last week – thank you for the great video and photography – the buyer came from Connecticut and was able to tour the property virtually before finally being enticed to come and see it.
Wow – spectacular!
This video is so appealing because it is not a slick/staged/hyped pitch vehicle. Your approach is warm and inviting and intimtate-so well suited to the residential market. Of course, the quality of your voice is just right, too. Making hand held video is an art, and you have mastered it. Getting the lighting right is tough in large interior spaces, but I think it lends legitimacy to the piece-it’s not touched up, but realistically represents the way the space looks.
Your video for the Inn continuess to make fans for us – it moves them to pick up the phone and make a reservation. When they arrive, they consistently say the rooms look as good or better than they did in the video. This truth in advertising has won us repeat guests and referrals unlike the hotels with slick, touched up videos.
I LOVE the video!
It’s amazing that you can do such a phenomenal job in less than 24 hours. I love the way this video turned out. You clearly have the expertise to do the job quickly and extremely professionally.
Good news. An agent showed the property in Lynn because she viewed the video and thought the interior was far better than the exterior presented. The video works.
And I have possibly multiple offers on Lynnfield. One the potential buyers watched the video and had several of her lingering questions answered and has scheduled a second showing through her agent. All of my future listings will feature a video. This works!
For any of you who read this I sent one of my videos that Fred shot to a luke warm buyer, they saw it and fell in love with the home. I showed them the home and they put an offer in that week. The home went under contract in less than two weeks. These buyers needed to sell their home in order to buy this one. Another Fred Video, and their home was under contract in another two weeks. This all happened in July 2007.
I can’t give Fred all the credit, there was a creative Purchase and Sales which allowed these buyers and sellers to come together. I may write about that later, but these videos do work. One of the nice things about them is the ability for the buyers to watch them over and over from the comfort of their own home. I am convinced that one the buyer falls for the home, these videos reinforce their commitment to buy that home. It is a great psychological advantage.
